UB40 Sydney 2027

UB40 Sydney 2027: the confirmed details

Support: Soul II Soul. On sale since Thursday 13 August 2026.

UB40 is confirmed for Saturday 22 May 2027 at TikTok Entertainment Centre. It is one of the Concert dates on Sydney’s verified 2027 calendar. The tour behind it is The Unstoppable Tour, and the Sydney dates we have verified so far are: Saturday 22 May 2027.

This page covers the Sydney leg only. It brings together the venue, how the on-sale has been organised, what tickets are likely to cost and how to get there and home again. We are an independent guide rather than a ticket seller, so whenever there is something to buy, the purchase happens with the official seller named in the announcement.

Details can still move after a show is confirmed. Extra dates get added when the first night sells through, support acts are named late, and occasionally a show changes room to match demand. When any of that happens for UB40 Sydney 2027, subscribers to the alert get one short email saying what changed. If tickets have sold out, the same alert flags official resale and any seats released from production holds, which sometimes reappear in the days before the show once the stage layout is final. Any change to the start time or entry arrangements set by TikTok Entertainment Centre goes into the same email.

The venue for UB40 Sydney 2027: TikTok Entertainment Centre

UB40 is booked into TikTok Entertainment Centre, one of the rooms that shape Sydney’s Concert calendar. Sydney’s venues sit in distinct precincts, and knowing which one you are heading to tells you a lot about the night ahead.

Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush Bay is the big-event precinct: Afterpay Arena and Accor Stadium share open plazas with food outlets, and Olympic Park station is a short walk away. Moore Park, between Surry Hills and Centennial Park, holds the Hordern Pavilion beside the Entertainment Quarter. The CBD has the State Theatre, a 1929 picture palace with an ornate interior, and the Metro Theatre on George Street. Darling Harbour has the TikTok Entertainment Centre, and in Eveleigh the old railway workshops of Carriageworks have become a venue in their own right, while the Inner West keeps the Enmore Theatre.

Each gives a different experience. Arenas bring large production and long sightlines; theatres put you closer, with better sound; open-air sites such as the Opera House Forecourt and The Domain trade a roof for the harbour or parkland around them. Wherever TikTok Entertainment Centre sits on that spectrum, the Sydney venues guide has its entry times, transport and accessibility notes.

Buying tickets for UB40 Sydney 2027

Depending on where the sale stands, tickets for UB40 Sydney 2027 are in presale, on general sale or down to resale. The order in Australia is usually the same: one or more presales over a few days, then a general on-sale at a fixed time, often in the morning Sydney time.

Presales for touring acts commonly include a fan-club or artist window, a promoter list (My Live Nation or the Frontier Touring membership, for instance), and partner offers for Amex, Mastercard, Telstra Plus or Optus Perks customers. Not every show has all of them; our alert lists the ones actually announced for this date.

When you buy, go through the seller linked from the official announcement. For Sydney arena and theatre shows that is most often Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Search results for “UB40 tickets” regularly put resale marketplaces above the official seller, at prices well beyond face value. NSW limits the mark-up a resold ticket may carry, so listings that ignore that limit are a warning sign in themselves.

Already sold out? The original seller’s fan-to-fan resale platform is the safest route, and late releases do appear. Our alert covers those too, so you do not have to keep checking the event page yourself.

UB40 Sydney 2027 ticket prices and seating

Official pricing for UB40 Sydney 2027 is set by the promoter and shown on the seller’s event page. As a guide, comparable Concert shows at Sydney venues of this type have sold in these bands: entry-level seats from around A$79 to A$119; mid-level reserved seats and general admission around A$119–A$169; prime seating near the stage around A$169–A$219; and premium or VIP packages from A$219 to A$279 and beyond.

Seating plans vary by venue. In an arena the floor may be all standing or split into seated blocks, with tiered seating wrapping around the sides and back. In a theatre, the stalls are closest, then the circle and upper levels. Outdoors, most tickets are general admission, sometimes with a premium zone near the front.

Fees are added at checkout: expect a service fee on each ticket and possibly a transaction fee per order, while mobile delivery is usually free. Prices can also shift during the sale if the tour uses dynamic pricing.

If the price level you wanted has gone, do not assume you are out of luck. Different sections are released at different times, and our alert tells you when new allocations appear for TikTok Entertainment Centre.

Travel, timing and weather for UB40 Sydney 2027

The theatre is part of the ICC Sydney complex on the western side of Darling Harbour. The L1 Dulwich Hill light rail stops at Exhibition Centre and Convention, both a short walk from the doors. From Town Hall station or Gadigal metro station it is a 10–15 minute walk down to the harbour, and from Central you can follow the elevated Goods Line path through Ultimo in about 15–20 minutes. There is paid parking under the ICC Sydney precinct, but most people use trains and walk. Ferries to Barangaroo are another option, followed by a walk of about 15–20 minutes around the harbour.

On timing, aim to reach TikTok Entertainment Centre at least an hour before the headline set if you want merchandise, food and a calm entry, and earlier still with a general admission ticket. The inner-city venues have plenty of places to eat nearby, with Newtown, Surry Hills, Haymarket’s Chinatown and Darling Harbour all within easy reach of the main rooms, while Olympic Park relies on the outlets around its plazas, which get busy close to doors.

Weather matters more than visitors expect. Summer days in Sydney can be humid with late-afternoon storms, and a southerly change can drop the temperature fast. Winter evenings are mild by European standards but cool enough to want a jacket, and not every venue has a cloakroom. For outdoor dates, check the forecast on the day and follow the venue’s updates about delays.

Flying in? The Airport Link train runs from Sydney Airport to Central in a few stops. Interstate visitors should note the clock: NSW runs on AEDT during daylight saving, from October to April, and on AEST the rest of the year, and any set times or on-sale times we send are in Sydney time.

The The Unstoppable Tour dates in Sydney are Saturday 22 May 2027. If you missed the night you wanted, keep an eye on official resale and late releases rather than third-party marketplaces, and set the alert so you hear about them first. Tickets bought from unofficial sellers can be cancelled by the event organiser, and the original seller will not help if the barcode fails at the gate.
