For stadium-sized crowds Transport for NSW usually adds direct event trains from Central and the western suburbs, plus event buses from several hubs; the return trip is managed with queueing pens outside the station, so expect a wait of 20 minutes or more after a full house. Many big stadium events include public transport in the ticket price, but check your own ticket. Car parks across the precinct fill early and are slow to empty; a drop-off away from the precinct often works better.

Stadium concerts usually split into a standing floor near the stage and seated tiers around the bowl. Lower-tier side seats give a clearer view than the far end of the upper deck.
